Order Cutoff Times

  • Standard Shipping via GoGoExpress: Orders placed and paid before 8:00 PM may be included in the next business day’s ship-out.
  • LBC: Orders placed and paid before 1:00 PM may be included in the next business day’s ship-out.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed on the following business day.
  • Weekends and holidays are not considered ship-out days.

Please note: Ship-out date is different from delivery date. Transit times below begin once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

Metro Manila

Standard Shipping via GoGoExpress — ₱80

  • Ship-out: Next business day, subject to cutoff
  • Estimated transit time: 1–3 business days
  • No Sunday deliveries
  • Couriers do not provide a guaranteed delivery time
  • During peak periods, deliveries may arrive later in the evening

Same-Day / Rider Pickup
Same-day pickup via Lalamove, Grab, or your preferred courier is available from our Parañaque distribution point near Westborough Homes.

This option is not available at website checkout. Please message us directly if you would like to arrange pickup.

Once your order and payment are confirmed, we will send the complete pickup pin and rider instructions. The client books and pays for their own courier.

Important Delivery Reminders ‼️

Shipping and delivery times may be extended during holidays, severe weather, major online sale events, peak seasons, or other courier disruptions.

Please do not disregard calls or text messages from the courier. If you will not be available to receive your parcel, communicate directly with the rider or courier and arrange another delivery attempt whenever possible.

Unsuccessful deliveries, refused parcels, or repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the parcel being returned to us and may affect future Cash on Delivery eligibility.
