Exchange and Returns

1. You may return or exchange merchandise within 24 hours after delivery. Shipping is shouldered by the client.
2. Promos and discounts are not applicable to the item you want to exchange. 
3. NO UNBOXING VIDEO, NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE AND NO REFUND for damaged merchandise through transit.
4. We do not accept Return and Exchange for SALE items.

 

Cancellation Policy

1. You may cancel your order within 30minutes after purchase.
2. For Bank Transfer and Gcash: No payment before 9pm your order will automatically be cancelled in the system.
